In spite of at first emotion much less sturdy when vacant, this bag feels pretty safe when full of merchandise. The skinny padding concerning the outside and inside layers also adds additional security. It fared very well in all our shake and fall tests. No makeup or toiletries were being damaged or spilled, plus the leather still looked wonderful.
